These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These services are provided under the AdAccRun brand by Open Road Media Advertising Co., Limited ("we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Open Road Media Advertising Co., Limited is the contracting entity for your order and the entity that processes your payment.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
Paid plans, wallet top-ups, service fees, and account application fees are billed as described on our pricing page at the time of your order. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled.
The conditions for cancelling a plan, the channels and deadlines for submitting a request, which fees are refundable and which are not, and our refund processing times are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Your order will be processed by Open Road Media Advertising Co., Limited in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
These Terms, your order, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including their formation, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination — are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
If a dispute arises, the parties shall first seek to resolve it through friendly negotiation. Either party may begin this process by giving written notice to the other. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days from the date of that notice, it shall be submitted to the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the dispute. Each party irrevocably submits to that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
